Battalions which served in the peninsular war as you can see the majority of british regiment involved sent 2 or more battalions. Our game should really name the british foot= british veterans, and 2nd battalion as british foot.

very cool :drunk: I've read about some of these line and they have the potential to be guard or elite units like the french braves/terribles. For example i believe the 27th Inniskillings were and Irish regiment first brought together to fight in the Jacobite Rising. After loosing many of their men in the West Indies they recruited from Yorkshire. The 27th participated in battles in the British Isles, Flanders and extensively in the Americas. Then they joined Wellesley and fought countless times under his command in Spain, and they were even awarded medals by the Duke himself for their bravery and holding his center during the battle

I to would love to see some portuguese regiments that wrote their name on Peninsula War.

I recommended a few to add don't believe they were added :sad:


28th North Glaucestershire Foot Yellow facings, silver buttons.

5th KGL foot (the fighting Battalion)

71st Highland Light foot facings buff, silver buttons wore grey pant, plad band shako green plume.


The 1st Royal Scots would of been a great addition as well.
