Don't hold your breath for it bc Im sure the chances are slim but it is possible. After Rome 2 I would have to imagine Empire 2. That is unless CA are gonna go out on a limb and try something new. I anticipate they will beat all their titles to death before they do that.

it is official, each player will be able to control 40 units in rome2 tw.

listening to the interview it does not say 20 land and 20 naval, it says 40 units which could be a combination of both.
